If you're going to show your desktop show the actual image that you are using, not a screen shot of your desktop. That way if people like said image they can use it for their desktop too, without having all your desktop icons all over.

Well the title says show the desktop. Not Show your wallpaper......
But if you insist:


And every other time that I see a 'Post your Desktop' thread, everyone posts their actual desktop to show off anything special about it.
Like some people use WindowBlinds, Object dock etc.

And the person who started the thread posted their 'Dekstop', meaning he/she intended others to do so too.
