The Tank Shock test is a Morale check.

Tim/Steve Units that have gone to ground still make morale tests as normal- if you do 25% casualities to a unit with a pinning check the unit can fail its pinning test, become pinned and then fail its morale test and break (undoing the pinning).

Fearless have to roll Ld tests, but not pinning/morale- they'll have to roll for Ld tests caused by things like the Doom of Malan'tai because these are not the pinning/morale checks that they auto-pass.

I dont know about the rules concerning snot pods, but I would go by fluff- the pod is mindless and flails/shoots at the nearest enemy... if the tank comes into range the pod will try to smack it around.

Whoops.

I blame the Tyranid player for not pointing that out

forkbanger The Spore would only move if your tank ended it's tank shock attack on it - and the tank would be moving the Spore, the Spore wouldn't be moving itself. Death or Glory is entirely optional.

Aramoro Meh Leadership, Initiative, close enough.

Everyone else makes an Initiative Check and leaps out of the way, Spores cannot do this so it''s Death or Glory clearly. The Tank doesn't move people neatly to the side of it by pushing them, that's people diving out of the way.

True enough, but for a start it's a Leadership test, not an Initiative test
I guess with the Snot Pod you could just picture it not being ready to attack the vehicle, and getting smashed out of the way harmlessly as it recoils in surprise.
