Banshee Masks are also 'set value modifiers' and therefore are applied at the same time as Whip Coils. It's in the FAQ; you roll off and see if you get I1 or I10. Midnight |

The Sturk | That's how I read it to be. And since Whip Coils/Lash Whips are now applied last, initiative increasing wargear is essentially nullified. |
