spanner94ezekiel I agree with the previous comment on HQs, the troops are fine. For the scouts, I am a fan of the storm combo, but scrap shotguns for bolt pistols and chainswords to make them more competitive. The speeders are fine.

As good as his T6 is, he is just a chaplin, and a librarian would be better off here. Also, who are you going to attach this guy to? i see no assault units for him to buff. if you do pick a libby, them give him null zone and either the avenger or smite.

This is good here, as you can outflank with rhinos, even if the reserve rolls will be abit random. Still, he has no CQC units to go with.

In competitive play, Techs do not do well. They're a single wounded model in the open if you want to make use of their abilities. Take them off.

Scouts aren't good, even if you do get first turn assault, they're going to die in assault. Scrap these guys.

With my advice above, scrap these for regular landspeeders with multi-meltas and heavy flamers

Not a fan of this type of pred. should either change to heavy bolter sides to dedicate it to infantry mowing or light transport popping. Those lascannons are way too expensive.

As much as this is destrucive, it is oh so very weak. One shot from a bolter and render this unit useless. Scrap it.

With those points, see if you can get a land raider crusader in with 5 TH/SS terminators in. Have libby (assuming you followed what i said) and Khan join them to a good assault unit. squeeze in a vindicator or two as well if possible. This is for competitive play of course. It would be helpful to know what units you have however.
