Ragewind I played a test game the other day and became quickly hooked, Ive picked up Wissenschaft and daaaaamn its awesome. I'm immediately liking the rules and the characters in my faction. I've gotten in a number of games and I can already tell you high Attack is more important than Damage.

Hi, I'm very new here as I'm looking to getting into LotR game, but I'm very into Anima: Tactics and can answer a lot of question you might have.

Alius (the knight with wings on his back and as his legs) is a summon creature and would require a light summoner. Luckly you have many Church figures and thus you can get either Saint Hazeal (a little girl being carried by a Alius) or Romeo Exxet a leader that you can only field in 300 level games (about 5-7 units avg).

Takanosuke is a prowler and he does have a special relationship but to another wanderer Kujaku Hime a light warrior. She comes with a Team Plot card that for 5 extra levels they both get a range of extra abilities. Plus if you are playing an Organization party like Church you get one slot for a wanderer and teams count as one for that slot.

Jiang Pao also is part of a team The 3 Dragons with Lin Pao and Li Long.

Oh and the Advance Rule Book is coming out in a month or so, depending on the distributor and such. It really has only 40 or so pages of rules that aren't really that different from starter rules (and 2 web addendum) you can get for free online. A few tweeks and additional terrain rules along with Organization advantages. But its full of fluff of the organizations and all the unit backgrounds of 70 plus units out so far.

Thuellai Managed to get a few games in (along with finally getting Kronen painted) and it's a really fun system. One of the things I find myself loving is that my collection is already big enough that not only can I play, but I can split my collection and play with someone who doesn't have any models - and all of that for only a little more than two squads of 40k.

LukeValantine For some reason when I first read the title of this thread I thought I would find Stella Cadente here don't know why, but thats not important what is important is that apparently the game is worth picking up. This is good because I have been looking at the models since I seen that one character with the possessed armor. Not to mention I could use a break from the convoluted mess that is flames of war.

Thuellai Indeed. Personally I want a Goethia really bad, but he's horribly expensive compared to the rest of them.

Stella Cadente at the moment I do church and I have
Sister Evangelina
Xavier
Saint Astraega
and Kronen from the starter

but I wanna do pretty much every faction cus each has a model I like, and I ain't really fussed light or dark wise, if I like a model, no matter on rules, then I'll use it, and since I wanna play pure factions I don't have to worry allot about light or dark.
