Interesting. My initial thoughts were that the changes to the doctrines might help Raven Guard lists, as they tend to use weapon and have abilities that appear to work best in the tactical phase, and that is the only phase in a typical 4-round game that can voluntarily be selected for more than one round.
That said, I also think any other chapters that love pistols (ha!) or melee weapons, or have abilities that work best in the assault phase (smash captains?) will be very competitive in any game that goes for at least 5 rounds (so at least two rounds of assault doctrine).

Chasing Marine Meta
Following the reactions to the recent FAQs, I find myself honestly surprised at the lack of self-awareness in the WAAC crowd. But, in the spirit of being a helpful and supportive member of the community, I'd like to provide the following idea for anyone who's currently got an entire army of black marines soaking in paint stripper and is browsing ebay for wolf bits.
The Metamarines (Lexicanum link) are an official Chapter with absolutely zero interfering fluff getting in the way of running them as whatever flavor of the month overpowered tourney-skewing fun-destroying netlist you find. And you don't have to keep repainting.shareit appvn
