Creon Warmahordes is a good skirmish game. Warmachine and Hordes are interconnected co-playable games. The issue is that special rules change the game massively, and it's hard to win without knowing the entire array of warcaster special rules. And, there's a steep learning curve, initial games aren't likely to produce wins. But other than that, it's fun, and takes maybe 2 hours.
