Carach Angren, this is their 1st ever music video shot with no budget, no crew and a shitty camera. They're not the best but I feel they deserve more than that

Dunno if it's been mentioned but I've taken to listening to Krypteria as of late. Supposedly a rock/metal band, it's quite a different style of music to what I normally listen

I recommend at least giving them a listen

Not unknown by any standard, but not really well known, which is a shame because they're both great bands, and the guys in said bands are great people. Was lucky enough to have some drinks with Buck-O after their gig in Manchester UK years ago and they're quality fellas.

Buck-O-Nine
MU330

Love the both of them.

Even though it perpetuates a stereotype I hate ... I checked out this Buck-O-Nine song and think its awesome (now on my ipod to!):

Van Canto: German a cappella metal band. use their voices for all instruments except drums which is an acutal drum kit. discovered them by accident when looking for bass covers of Master of Puppets and found this :D

This is a new band called: The Pretty Reckless

They only have one album out, so they are very new (2010 I believe) and I caught them on Kerreng by sheer luck.

I think they are pretty good, and their album is definately worth a flick, here is one of their songs which is my personal fav:

Pretty Reckless had a track on the Kickass soundtrack, that one in fact. It's like Courtney Love as a child.

People need to check out Bitter Ruin because they're good, I would link to something but I'm going to leave it up to your own initiative.

These guys were a big part of my Iraq experience, coolest mother fuckers I've ever come across. Met them through a buddy of mine from kentucky. Went out and got hammered drunk and shot the shit with em.

I personally like "feel good" music, "Matt and Kim" always put me in a good mood, they are just so happy and love making music so much. Saw them in concert and they are a blast I had so much fun
