Default Red Corsairs - TL Lascannon Razorback - Completed!

Hey Heresy,

In continuing with my Red Corsairs army, I finished my TL Lascannon Razorback. It's matches the Rhino and Rifleman completed earlier this summer. Comments always enjoyed! As always this and more can be seen on my blog. http://allouttabubblegum.wordpress.com/

The skulls, highlights, and weathering is as amazing as it was on the other models.

A little too much weathering on the sides for my taste and not as much on the top considering the damage on the sides, but it's still pretty good looking.

Looking for work....

From actual experience while in the army with tank paint jobs I can say the sides tend to take much more abuse than the top of them :-p One of the few actual useful things from the army I got :-(

Thanks mate!

I partially agree with you. I wish the top was a bit more weathered, especially on the edges (and you'll notice my next couple of vehicles will be like that as I've started on the weathering for them). However, I like the amount on the sides and I do think it should be more than what's on top.

Very nice work mate! I usually don't like the combination of red and green together, but I am actually really liking the way you did the gun barrels. I also like the large collection of skulls! Keep up the good work!

Cool, looking forward to more of your tanks. And it's understandable with the sides usually taking more damage.

Very tidy work.

The only niggle I have is that the green dragon heads - whilst very well painted - look odd as I do not see Las-cannon barrel mouths as glowing in the same way the power coils does; possibly they would look more natural in bone.
