Default My fully painted collection

I worked a long while on these guys converted my own tervigon, parasite even magnetized my Tyrant's lower arms, and built my own Mycetic Spores from scratch. I tried to do an original paint scheme but based it off Hive Fleet Leviathan. If you have questions on how I did it feel free to ask I would explain to the best of my ability.

If you want to see the rest of them here they are. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...1&l=bc5eb9663b

Thanks for reading and maybe posting

I think you should have used washes to bring out the details of the models more.

Warhammer:Skaven 9000 points, Lizardmen 1250 points
Warmachine:Dwarves 261 points, Trolls 125 points Gatormen 174 points
Malifaux: Gremlins 100 Soul Stones
Infinity: Morats 1400 points, Shasvastii 600 points

You're new here so I will warn you, while we are not mean about it we will critique stuff we see, its all about helping people improve.

I do applaud you one completely finishing your army and having a nice central theme. Regardless of what anyone here says, it will always look kickass on the field.

That being said I will leave it up to you if you want the help or not.

All and all very nice army, and you have the entire thing painted which is a one up one me! Though I do has a few more points then you ;).

Congratulations, that is pretty good looking painted army. I only have about 50+ fully painted marines and 1 Razorback. I wouldn't even considered that an army, more of detachment really. I still have about 6000 points to paint (and still growing). Hopefully one day I'll be able to post my completed army.

Thanks for the critiquing, but as it stands right now I am finished they have been clear glossed several times so I won't be add washes to them (because I don't have any lol). Sad part is I'm laid off at the moment so I will not be able to expand the army anymore at least at the moment.

But if I may say around here most people don't even bother to do a decent job and dip them in 3 colors just to hurry up and play so at least the tyranid guys anyway most of my friends play space marines and they paint them well enough.

thanks again

I understand the clear coat deal.

Does your husband play as well?

No currently he does not. He was talking about trying out Eldar but I don't know if he'll ever get around to buying and painting them he's more into off-roading trucks and stuff not exactly his cup-O-tea.

Have you tried to get him to play a match, maybe using some other folks models. That is the best way to get someone hooked, that or hand him a paintbrush.

Well, I had thought about getting a secondary army I actually really like the way the Deamonhunters look although I might try them as black knights instead of the silver (Cause I want too). But we really don't have the extra money atm. AS to letting him play someone elses army that would be feasible.
If it wasn't so cold outside. The game table is in a garage in the cold cause no one has room in there houses.
