Default Captain Badrukk's Trukk

Just finished the bulk of a model I started awhile ago. Heard and awesome idea for an army I don't own, thought I would go with it and let a friend use it in battle. Modified an Ork Trukk and a Raider to make Badrukk's Trukk. Kept it a bit simple on the conversion side though.

Added in a WIP Badrukk as the Driver.

Forgot to add the spikes and spears with skulls on, but I shall leave that for a later date. Thought I would show the progress of the model .

LOVE IT!!!! The only suggestion would be to Ork it up a bit. It's still too clean, too new. It looks like it rolled outta the factory like that. Need to add more ork bits to it.

I like the idea but it needs more ORK! Get one of the heads from a Deff Dred and slap it on the front. More spikes! Get some random panels, or more pipes. Killer idea tho man, looks really good!

Eyes without life, maggot-ridden corpses, mountains of skulls. These are some of my favourite things.

Love the concept but as the others have said it needs more gubbins. Needs to look like a Mek just went hog wild slapping random pieces of metal and machinery on board. I absolutely love the idea though! Good work!

Use to building Tau, guess I left it a bit too clean cut. Got a few ork pieces lying around in the bits box, sure I can add more orkishness to it. Thanks for the help, I'll see what I can do to it.

Needz more orky ya dumb git! Dat trukk looks right spiffy but itz too clean for good orky propa!

And what shoulder, & what art. Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat, What dread hand? & what dread feet?
What the hammer? what the chain? In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp, Dare its deadly terrors clasp?
When the stars threw down their spears, And watered heaven with their tears,
Did he smile his work to see? Did he who made the Lamb make thee?

When doing Orky convershuns, I find it helps to think about the situation that allowed the looted vehicle to come into their hands in the first place. Was it small arms fire? Drill a whole bunch of holes. Melee? BIG gouges. Terrain mishap? Stick a branch or two in the areas most likely to stick them in.

On the subject of Rat Ogres:
But if we give them laser eyes and mounted guns, we'll have to bring in Clan Skryre, and everyone knows how much those limp-tailed snuff addicts overcharge.
