Default Anima+LotR figures (two painting posts by me??)

got some more stuff painted, and this bunch really did cause me trouble, the varnish basically ruined 12 models, 11 I have saved, but 1 anima tactics model will need re touching up....or basically repainting, as the base also went weird, dunno why.

but anyway this is what I have at the moment Anima and LotR stuff

Guy with big sword whos name escapes me is up first, with a different color to gold, not a huge gold armour fan, another reason I despise blood angels.

now for the Village people on there gay rights tour.......oops I mean Hobbits, Frodo is out of focus but I couldn't really care, I just got them painted for use in game when doing scenarios, nothing more

everyones favourite, the witch king, how can you not love a guy who stabbed a hobbit

slightly converted weathertop Aragorn in as messy a coat as I could give him, he should get a new shiny green one

Gandalf the grey, because I hate painting white, plus I didn't like his beard trim, looked a little camp

Boromir in red, yes red not black, red

(ignore the little bit of flock on his back, its gone now, it just didn't show up until after the picture)

Eowyn, did anyone notice how much of a you know what she was?, almost falling over her feet for aragorn then meets faramir and in 2 seconds there pretty much on to a full on steam session.

(again ignore the damn stealth flock)

and finally King Ellasar Aragorn, keeping his elven cloak on instead of the red one

Boromir is the best of the lot, I reckon.

Well..., if we are picking favourites I'll choose Gandalf. I like the expression and the contrast in the skin tones. Well done. (Actually, all of them look good) Good work

I like Boromir as well. I do feel the need to note that your swords could use a bit more highlighting however as they seem to look a little flat next to the rest of the models.

one thing I want is the ability to split my fire everywhere, it makes no sense that a squad of 10 guard or marines or whatever all have to fire at 1 target with everything, is the guy with the lascannon not smart enough to realize maybe he would be better off firing at the massive tank looming overhead instead of the little man no bigger than a squat running at him, or is that far too complex for the 10yr olds?
