Default help with base coat please

hi all i have bin applying a black brush blase coat using chaos black but it seem to be coming off i am painting the black legion army and whant to no if it best to applie a white spray coat then applie black over that please let me no

Are you using proper undercoat or pot paint?

I prime my models with black primer then VERY quickly put a thin coat of black all over it.

Use a black spray. Try rinsing your models a brushing them with a toothbrush and light detergent before you paint/spray.

Trust is a dagger, the hilt as sharp as the blade.
