That looks good. Very solid looking colors. Nice job!

*sigh* I have to point out that despite what you see in games, lasrifles win wars. Just because lasrifles suck at killing superhuman killing machines in power armor does not mean that they are bad weapons. You are shooting them at the wrong targets. The most common enemy the Imperium faces is lightly armored humans armed with lasguns or autoguns, NOT SPACE MARINES.

Very cool, man.

I like the idea of the old C'n'C camo pattern, too!

Keep it up, but pace yourself... you don't want to run out of stuff to paint before the rest shows up.

'At two minutes to eleven, opposite the South African Brigade, at the eastern-most point reached by the British armies, a German machine-gunner, after firing off a belt without pause, was seen to stand up beside his weapon, take off his helmet, bow, and then slowly walk to the rear.' -John Buchan

I have 3 painted up, decided to stick with the brownish clothing and desert yellow armor for now...mostly because i'm lazy on my down time and because it's easy

Nice, are you going to put the patterning on the armor or the fatigues?

All That is Gold Does Not Glitter
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

Maby my imagination is running a bit to far ahead.

I'm thinking about keeping the squad designation numbers off, just using the cadian gate symbol on one shoulder, and then painting certain symbols on the other for unit type designation.

Fluff wise I'm not sure where I'd go with it.
