Default Painting ideas

I got the ad Mech side of forgebane and I would like to paint them to match my death watch so altogether they look like one coinciding army.

Any ideas please help.

If it's standard DW, it's black with red detailing. I'd switch it up, and make them
Red with black detailing. Close enough to suggest they're one army, whilst also showing some differences. You have to remember that painting the same scheme on one army can be be taxing, and possibly doubly so on two aesthetically different sets of minis. Having painted DW myself, while it is a relatively quick and easy scheme to paint, it can get get monotonous.

There's also the option of painting something completely different, but using your basing to tie them together thematically.

I was thinking of blue gems and themed bases to tie them in what do you think

I think KF has the right of it, do the admec opposite to the DW, then the blue spot colour on eye lenses and optics and same basing to tie it together
