My local gw is hosting a superheavy/gargantuan creature conversion competition, whereupon entrants convert a superheavy unit and create custom rules for it. So I decided to enter for a bit of fun. The finish date is still several months away, but all considered I've already made some pretty good progress.
Thus far the kit consists of only triarch stalkers, three of them to be exact.
Early shots here, at this stage there were only two stalkers involved.
So basically all I did was join two of the stalker bodies together to allow for eight leg slots. Six of these would naturally be legs, and to add to its size they would be the large forelegs on the front of the stalker model (hence my primary reason for needing three of them).
The overarching spine of the machine I eventually snipped off, deeming it too small and incorrectly positioned to function as its tail.
My current progress is here:
As you can see, I've used assorted parts left over from all three kits to flesh out the body and extend the tail. There are still some gaps to fill, and weapons still need to be fitted once I decide on a definite loadout. I would also love to make the claws bigger if I can work that out. They look too puny at the moment for a creature that size.
I will update this thread as my progress continues, and once I have written the rules for it I will create a custom ruleset to be posted in 40k Homebrew rules section.
