If you want some ideas that will really get your creative juices flowing, I suggest you look up Alienids and the Tyranid Biodiversity Project. Both showcase some amazing tyranid conversions for entire armies, although they really depend on greenstuff. Still, amazing conversions so check them out!

Go to a Holloween store and buy lots of plastic spider decorations. Plastic spider rings will work well for all the gaunts and genestealers. Larger Spider decorations such as toys or magnets can be used for the larger Nid models.

Default thanks

great idea, i was also going to hit ac moore they often have similar stuff, but again it seems, it wont be gw official. although i dont go to gw tournaments many of the people i play with do and i like to keep my armies as regulation as possible. i have of vague memory of an oop demon prince with the lower torso of a snake, ill have to look that up, the spider thing is easy i think hormagaunt arms will work.

If you were interested in a conversion using Games Workshop products, I think Fantasy Goblins have Spider Riders now - maybe you could make use of them? I'm guessing they would be fairly expensive though, so it might not be up your alley.

the spider idea i really dig, expecially for a CC army :D

the snake idea (and conversion in that website!) would just look badass but trying to make a uber snake tyrant/flyrant would be an intresting feat...

i might havge to watch this one
