Default Chosen with plasma, flamers & melta guns

Has anybody successfully converted the Dark Vengeance Chosen Marines to hold plasma, flamers or Melta guns? Thanks, Jon. (With pictures)

There are also rumours that a chosen kit may be coming out at some point this year if you can wait until summer

Me: To be honest im amazed there isn't a chaos god of not revising or at least chaos god of procrastination

MidnightSun: There will be, when enough people do it. Y'know when the Eldar were all engaging in their hedonism and Slaanesh ripped open the Eye of Terror with his creation? Slaanesh will have NOTHING on the God of Procrastination, and his vile minions will carve the galaxy asunder in a thousand year reign of blood.... Tomorrow

Cheers for the link neferhet.

I'd heard that rumour too. Think I may pick up a few plasma guns and have a go a kit bashing. If that fails just wait till the summer.

Here's my first attempt at making a standard space marine plasma a bit more Chaos like. I used part of a knife and part of a horn and glued in place. The hand was cut from a chain sword thing, if you look carefully he's now missing his finger tips but hey. I did end up finding the correct hand to use but never mind I've got loads of chain sword thingys.

I chose to cut the bolt gun off the chosen and leave the hand in place. As the bloke in the link says, this would be easier to do before sticking together. Just waiting for parts to dry properly then I will glue in place.

If only I had more plasma guns then I'd crack on with converting the rest. Will attempt the Flamer next though.

Here's an attempt at chosen with a flamer. The flamer doesn't lend itself as good to chosen as the plasma gun but it's better than nowt!
