Hard to say, it depends on what you want! Librarians can be converted very easily- how do you want him to look?

You can always use Greenstuff to make psionic flames, pose him as if he was concentrating, or overwhelmed by his own power to make him lean back, or point his finger with lightning comming out..

Who knows! Endless possibilites!

You should tell us what ya have to work with, and what you would like.

Now do you want his psychic powers for ranged, CC, or just overall?

If ranged, you can make your libby in a pose that shows that he shoots out all this energy that he can manifest.

If CC, give him some type of sweet weapon (whatever you want really) that looks like he channels his power through. Possibilities are endless with conversions.

Overall, I personally found GW's Librarians in really good poses, especially the one in terminator armour. Holding his staff in one hand, he either has a "palm shot" arm for energy, or you can give him a bolt pistol / bolter / stormbolter.

in the end, it comes down to what you want, and how much effort you want to put forth in order to obtain what you want.

Good Luck

I never found a need to convert a Librarian, purely because GW makes such excellent ones, and really always have. I love the Epistolary (that particular model is pretty clearly not a Codicier or a Lexicanum...) with the book... he's got a sort of, "I don't even need to look at my spellbook... I'm going to SHOW it to you, and then I'm going to blow your head up with my mind" pose.

The older librarians that sadly no longer are in print are pretty great, too. The old Tigurius model, for example, is an ace mini, and has very little Ultramarines iconography to file off. The other four that were out before Codex: Dark Angels was released were pretty awesome too. I made a point of buying all of 'em just to have 'em, even though my Chapter doesn't put up with witches... I mean...have Librarians...
