Default Tyranid Lictor Conversions

These are a couple of new lictors I got for christmas and only just got around to putting together, one of them I concentrated on the pose while the other I tried to focus on its chameleonic ability. I'm happy with my models, but I'll appreciate anyone letting me know what they think.

Very nice! The iron girders are a great effect for it, I think the basing and pose there suit the model perfectly!

I'd love to see more pictures of each, but the one on the right is my favorite, mostly because of how dynamic it is, although it might be a tad inconvenient to play with. The left one looks good, but I'd like to see more pictures of it.

there are more pictures if you look for them in my gallery, I just popped these ones on as examples, the other pictures are taken around both models. I've also done a bit of scenery but I havent started a thread with that in yet. The pictures in the gallery are huge which is why I didnt put them all in here, I had to save these pictures to my computer first and then upload them and I didnt have time to do it with all of them.

Funnily enough the one with the girders and pipes hasnt been too bad to play with, its not actually much taller than my first lictor wich is in a pretty bog standard pose with the talons in the air.

Okay, too gorgeous.

yeah, loads of my friends like the guy in the debris. I was surprised how easy that rust was to do! I used mostly dry brushed Blazing Orange (not sure what the current version of it is) with a small brush, which seems crazy bright, but I was looking at some reference photos and that's what it looked like to me. I was putting it on sparsely at first, but then just got very free with it, putting it all over the place, then a bit of Dark Flesh dry brushed inside the orange.
