Default Daemonic Mount/Chariot Conversion Idea

Looking for some input thinking about converting
http://privateerpress.com/hordes/gal...ga-nightlurker
into a daemonic nurgly mount

also looking at taking the ogre sabretusks and converting them to pull the chariot green stuff some armor on them and whatnot but in theory... i think it's a win
(edit): just realized the new chariot set comes with a beast thing as well as the horses... might use it and just mod it a bit)

The nightlurker looks quite Tyranid to me, so if you like that aesthetic then the Tyranid beasties might be worth a look as well.

i was thinking i might cut it and make it rising up out of the swamp water
that should allow it to fit on a cav base which would make it rank and file much easier
take one of the spikes off of the top and either put a saddle or just a chain and bit
