looks good! I'm not super convinced by the giant OSL field from the sword, there's too much going on here to really make him out to be a Smurf. Too much purple and OSL wrecking the overall blue an Ultra marine should be... Plus one thing that gets me, is that while your technique is boss, you should have put some time into adding detail not just painting it something other than blue. The chalice on the chest piece there still screams Blood Angel. Nice technique!

Nice work. The sword looks a little off though, to me seems like the energy bolt should be going the other way around, but that is just small nit pick.

Is that base made from a cut up rhino and landraider...

I can't really fault your skill as dagmire said, but the really strong teal OSL on the models right side seems totally out of place. The only way it would make any sense is if it were in a diorama with a strong overhead light shining on that side of the model.
