I have spent 20+ hours creating a comprehensive guide to painting the above model in just 39 simple steps using the new Citadel paints.

Awesome stuff, good pictures as well. It also stresses the usefullness of a good medium for thinning your paints to get smoother gradients.

It's a little tongue in cheek, but seriously 39 steps to paint that model... if you'd asked me before I would have said over 100 steps. I was quite surprised.
