My Converted Witch Hunter.

I can't decide whether to paint my ragged spearmen company which is made up of a mix of militia and old plastic state troops bits in the colours of Helhunten' Redeemers (Black/tan/red) or the stirland scheme but making it looked faded and ragged as well.

Very dramatic pose.

Is that the top of a Bright Mage's staff?

Yeah, it originally came with a metal one on top but I cut that off a long time ago, so I decided to replace it with the plastic wizard one.

What do you think about the way I should paint my spearmen?

My latest spearmen, not quite done, still need to pick out facial details like beards and need to do more on the bases.
