Anyone know if extra points are allowed? I have a veteran kill team, but it might be over 160.

obviously no one's saying that you can't play it just that it didn't get included in 5th edition, hence no updates. I'm sure it will get updated but maybe not for awhile.

I always thought kill teams were 200 pts not 150

All That is Gold Does Not Glitter
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

Mate your posts make my head hurt trying to read and figure out what you are trying to say or what point you are trying to get across. A little grammar, and spelling will go a long way in helping that.

But yes, you can still do Kill Teams on your own. My friends and I are trying to figure out a way to do it right now using the 5th Ed rules. Not sure how that's going to turn out though.

i always thought that kill teams were 160pts, subject to change depending on points spent and where, me and my brother play kill teams fairly often just as quick easy games, great fun, no hassle killing each other.

maybe they'll re-release kill-teams as an expansion. can't see how they'd fill a whole book though, not that they shouldn't try. kill teams deserves another look at after 5th ed. then again, they'll probably bugger it up big time...

Hey like it. but you really need more things like flamer. Scrap the powerfist and go for some flamers and a meltagun. I believe it breaks a rule but it will mean you can decimate pretty much anything

Fist does break the law, as it does swing at Strength 10.

And I also like to go Scouts. Since Sicarious himself is in the scout section of the codex, and follows every other rule. He's legal, and with his ability to give his BS6 to anybody (Probs a Heavy Bolter) you can make quick work out of little weak brute squads.

EDIT: Also Sicarious can pick out targets.
