Icon GK Inquisitor Kill Team - epic or fail?

Hey Heretics, this is just an idea that popped into my head for a kill team.

Ordo Malleus Inquisitor:Terminator armour, Psycannon, Psybolt ammo – 85pts, FNP

Inquisitorial Chimera: Heavy bolter, heavy bolter, dozer blade
Arco Flagellant x2 - 1x Move Through Cover.
Crusader - Fleet
Psyker

Total - 200pts

Any comments on what I should replace/change/remove?

I'm thinking sticking everyone in the Chimera using the IC rule to make one squad. The psyker is dropped off earlier and pounds from a range, the Inquisitor pounds heavy armour with his Psycannon and the Crusader is there to soak up any melta fire and/or act as a bit of a tarpit. The arcos charge in and squish the rest.

P.S Should i change any USR, or allocate them differently?

Comments, improvements or suggested changes is fine, just tell me what you think.

ok hi ... um well i wud say firstly put less stuff on ur inquisitor hes low toughness so could be insta killed easily even with fnp as insta killing wounds ignore fnp. i wud suggest probably a power weapon and some form of melta or flamer (basicly don't go all out). next i would say more crusaders as their very good for the points with a power weapon and invun save for low cost ( they should probably replace the acro flagellants ) but i do like the idea of giving them fleet , if thier taking a chimera the fast acro flagellants are sort of useless. also take 3 psykers as then it makes the blast worth it but you could probably get long range fire support from warrior acolytes w/ lets say hot shot lasguns or a cheap alternative.
your tactics seem sound but use crusaders as a good killing unit that survives against the enemy's heavy hitters while the inquisitor supports other weaker units or ties up trouble. If you do take acro flagellants they work must better against hordes or lots of weak attacks as they have fnp but for killing tough units they're not very good as ther're not power weapons
sorry about almost ripping ur list to sheds but its only my opion

First of all, I don't think Kill-Team allows the use of HQ characters, so your Inquisitor's out. Also, one Psyker's not going to be of much use on his own. I'd also advise dropping the Chimera and spend those points on more troops. If you keep it the way it is, You have 4 troops, meaning if 2 get killed, you'll have to take a leadership test at Ld 8 every turn and lose if you fail. Take more Crusaders and Death-Cult Assassins. Also, you can never have too many Acolytes. Give a few flamers/plasma guns depending on the circumstances, and give the rest storm bolters.
