Default 1999+1 pt All-Comers List

I'm new-ish to the game, and still buying models. I've played several games with proxies or borrowed models. I'm trying to sort out my first all-comers list so I have a purchasing plan, and I'd love feedback as to obvious holes, excess, etc. in my list. I'm looking to learn the full extent of the game, so assume the list is for tournament level play. And thanks in advance!

Company Command Squad (Warlord; 155 pts)

- Krak grenades, x4 plasma guns

Heavy Weapons Squad (105 pts)
- x3 lascannons

Veteran Squad (155 pts)
- x6 shotguns, x3 meltaguns
- Chimera (hull heavy flamer)

Veteran Squad (210 pts)
- Gunnery Sergeant Harker
- x6 shotguns, x3 meltaguns
- Chimera (hull heavy flamer)

Marbo (65 pts)

Fast Attack
x2 Vendettas (not a squadron; 260 pts)

x2 Leman Russ Demolishers (squadron; 360 pts)

I focused on having options for objectives and killing. I can use the vets in Chimeras for mobility to take objectives, with the Vendettas, artillery and Marbo to dislodge defenders. The infantry, command squads and Russes can defend/hold objectives on my side, or infantry can ride along in the Vendettas if their side is weakly defended. For kill-based missions I can sit further back and use Harker, the Vendettas and Marbo to destroy rear-guard long-range shooters.

That's the theory, anyway.

I've had great luck with Harker dislodging heavy support with his team of meltavets and a Chimera running interference/granting cover, and I'm hoping the Vendettas back him up effectively. The only army I've consistently lost to is Blood Angels locally, because they move so darn fast. Not really sure how to handle them.
