Default New goblin units

I have recently rediscovered my lord of the rings army and have a sizable goblin army. I have been wondering if anyone has used the new goblin models, the blackshields and the prowlers. Are they any good?

Also where are the rules for them. I have the new rule book and kazhad-dum source book but i cant find them.

Hey, ive recently added some Gundabad black shields to my goblin force and they are worth their weight in gold, especially with the drum. Prowlers im not so hot on, never use them myself. Rules for the Gundabad black shields can be found in the white dwarf issue the month after they were released, I have it laying around somewhere will find it and let you know the issue number.

They're in White Dwarf 371 (UK). Prowlers can be useful against trapped enemies and because they have decent shooting attacks (for evil) I haven't used the Gundabad Blackshields yet, but they seem better on paper, to me
