If you haven't read the book theres a chapter where all these Americans in Battle Suits, guess you could compare it to power armor but requireing a huge power source. Basically they come out of this lake with a holographic hydra projected around them while thier commander is blareing "The Imagrant Song" and they just start killing every alien in site (Polseen). The whole book is just Epic, as well as the series.

I also have to put all the battles in "Armor" as they are pretty epic too.
Read well you did not........

But i would say the Witch King Bitch Slapping gandalf in the cut scene...just because its funny to see a hobbit almost get blown off a tower....

The Nírnaeth Arnediad. Reading the sheer volumes of participants (have a look online) just blew me away. Also at the end when Húrin grabs a huge Orc chieftain's axe and decimates 70 of Morgoth's best on his own before being captured. Epic!!

The battles which i like most are in the Narnia Movie parts. Its very entertaining to see such kind of wars. One more movies which is totally related to wars is 300 which also i like most.

This is a lord of the rings thread. Not any war/battle scenes from movies

I would say personally Helms Deep comes at 1st place, the scenes of harrowing desperation towards the end just made it such an emotional experience as well as alot of entertaining action. Then the cavalry charge at the end when Theoden is forgiven my Eomer who charges down to save his king once more Amon hen comes at a second for similar reasons, almost brought a tear to the eyes when the fellowship had been broken.

I will go totally with the Helm's Deep Battle! And second would be the five armies war in the Hobbit.
