Default Hobbit/SBG?

Hey all you lotr-playing heretics!

I, after seeing The Hobbit (Which I thought was awesome, regardless of what critics say), I have decided to play Lotr sbg or the Hobbit. Could any of you fine ladies and gents tell me the difference, if any, between the two games. I played sbg a couple of years back and so that can be used as a reference point.

Hey there, I have recently purchased the Hobbit boxed set, and as far as I can tell there are few differences, it seems pretty much just like an updated set of rules. At the moment if you are after large scale battles, LoTR SBG would be the way to go this is as the Hobbit ATM is only small scale battles following the movie.

hope this helps :D

go gary and zalas
