What is it that you're going to be sieging? Is the opponents fortress small or quite big?

Anyway, I would suggest a siege ballista, a battering ram and a box of siege troops (or two). Is it just the siege troops you wanted advice for or is it the rest of the force as well?

Regards,
Jake.

How many points will your opponent be fielding inside the fortress (for both big and small games) (as it is usually less than the seiging force).

Jake.

Well I dont have a opponent this is so I can start a force for collecting and later playing.

Sorry I should have said that earlier, I am looking for a list Idea so I know what I can buy and start but I want it themed around sieging then later ill build from there.

Well I don't have the Fallen Realms book to hand at the moment so can't give you an exact list, but here are things that I personally would at least try to include:

Siege Ballista,
Demolition Troops with Bombs,
Bezerkers,
Ladders,
Battering ram,
Crossbowmen

Maybe an Isengard Troll if you can fit it in. Then fill out the rest of the points with standard fighting uruk-hai (remembering you're also going to need a few heroes to keep in check with the warband rules.

If I can get hold of the Fallen Realms book, I'll form a more useful response.

Regards,
Jake.

Very true. I'm not sure how it'd help you in game terms as the Uruks are far better, but if it's theme that you're going for then some Dunlendings would fit in the army perfectly.

Jake.
