Default Would this be a good army?

So I'm thinking of getting a "Dark" army for War of the Ring. I was thinking of building the following army:

Heroes/Command

The Dark Marshal

Warriors

Morgul Knights

Easterling Warriors (2 units of swords, spears and bows, for a total of 6)

2 Mordor Trolls

My question is: would this army be competitive? How would it fare? And how much would it cost approximately points-wise?

Thanks in advance,

Jamers

Necrons W3 T0 L1

Death Korps W1 T0 L1

Dark Elves W0 T0 L0

You only get one company of Pike/Spearmen for every two boxes of Easterlings you buy, so it's better to put the Pikemen in the front rank, then put the Swords behind them, that way you get to use them (single companies don't work well unless they're indomitable).
In total, you have 605 points so far (no options taken), but this takes you over the ally limit of 25% whichever army you go for (Fallen Realms or Mordor)

Assuming you're going for Mordor, then your army could look something like this, at 750 Points:

Epic Heroes (125 Points):
The Dark Marshall

Common Formations (525 Points):
3 Companies of Morgul Knights (WotR FAQ) with Captain
3 Companies of Easterling Cohort with Pikes (Ally)
2 Companies of Easterling Archer Cohort (Ally)
4 Companies of Morannon Orcs with Shields

Rare Formations (200 Points):
2 Mordor Trolls

This brings you to 755 Points (If you're playing friendly games they won't mind)

To bring this to 1000 Points I would add:

Common Formations:
+2 Companies of Morannon Orcs with Shields and Captain and Banner Bearer (you can convert them from normal Morannon Orcs)
3 Companies of Warg Riders with Shields and Banner

What you will need to get as well as what you put:
2 Boxes of Morannon Orcs
1 Box of Warg Riders
1 Box of Morgul Knights

Assuming you're going for Fallen Realms as your army, then your 750 point army would look something like this:

Epic Heroes (125 Points):
The Dark Marshall

Common Formations (425 Points):
3 Companies of Morgul Knights (WotR FAQ)
6 Companies of Easterling Cohort with Pikes, Dragon Knight and Banner Bearer
2 Companies of Easterling Archer Cohort
2 Companies of Easterling Archer Cohort

Rare Formations (100 Points):
Mordor Troll (Ally)

To bring this to 1000 Points I would add:

Common Formations:
+1 Companies of Morgul Knights with Captain
2 Companies of Morannon Orcs with Shields (Ally)
+ Drummer/Hornblower to Morgul Knights/Easterling Cohort

Rare Formations:
+1 Mordor Troll (Ally)

What you will need to get as well as what you put:
1 Box of Morannon Orcs
2 Boxes of Easterlings
1 Box of Morgul Knights

Hope this helps, and good luck
