Hmmm, might be tough. But you're putting a lot in a Dragon for 1000 points, and one cannon could ruin your day quickly. Looks like Eggshell armed with Sledgehammer a good list, but tricksey, very tricksey.

All it takes is a decent amount of dispell abilities to ruin your day. Or miscasts...

But imagine the raw power of a lion chariot and a Dragon Mage charge (who also has a Flaming Sword of Rhuin)...

If you really wanted something a bit more stable, go for some Spear Elves. They fight well, and can help hold off fast movers from chewing through your squishy units. [Deedle deedle deedle.]

If you want uber-beardy, put in some Dragon Princes of Caledor, too. Serious cheese, if you can handle it.
[EDIT] Well, Cheesy by High Elf standards...

"In the eyes of the Elves of Ulthuan there exists no fear, only grim determination.

Until one has witnessed them in combat, one cannot comprehend the power that they possess."

HAHAHA Awesome! I'd say drop the dragon mage and get a hero with the Reaver Bow for more ranged killyness.

it's all about the range.

2x Bolt throwers "should" in theory take down any anti dragon stuff, then he's free to burninate anything left.
