Default 3 dreadknight 1750pt

Grand master

10 grey knights 290 (2 psycannons, psyammo, razor with psyammo)
10 grey knights 290 (2 psycannons, psyammo, razor with psyammo)
10 grey knights 290 (2 psycannons, psyammo, razor with psyammo)

Dreadknight 235 (teleporter, heavy incinerator)
Dreadknight 235 (teleporter, heavy incinerator)
Dreadknight 235 (teleporter, heavy incinerator)

= 1750

Is it just me or are people shying away from builds like this, in favor of draigowing, purifiers or henchmen? I didn't spend much time writing this up or really thinking much about it but I think it could be pretty interesting and fun I know its pretty boring to have the GM all vanilla like, but the only reason he is in this list is to use grand strategy for some shenanigans with the dreadknights. Has anyone tried out something like this or has some thoughts to add? I realise that it isn't as popular as the 3 lists I mentioned I would say the reason is that its simply not as good, but still I wouldn't want to face something like this.

Are you combat sqauding the GK, or are the RBs free roaming. Where is the GM going?
I would have no problem playing this list, it is a little boring but could have a semi-competative edge to it.

I support the thought that if you want a list with Dreadknights to work well it has to include three of them. But I also think that you need hammers on the GKSS. So I'd rather take a OX-inquisitor with Powerarmour and put him together with 9 Acolytes into a rhino, 6 bolters and 3 meltas. That's 145 points on the spot, netting you the needed 30 points for the GKSS-Hammers. Even though the GM does have his place in this list I'd rather go for more dakka and the hammers for cc-defence against walkers and other vehicles. And those Meltas can be annoying if properly employed.
Other than that a nice list.

You lack a bit of Heavy AT, counting a bit much on Psycannons, which, while effective, sometimes struggle at AV: 13/14. I'd like to see a Ven. dreadnaught, Psyfleman or Las/Melta to try and address this. Either you cash in a Dreadknight, and that makes fewer of them to survive into the enemy, or you cut down your troops, again a unpleasant tradeoff. Hellgore might have the solution, but using Coteaz. at about 150 points for a Troop of 10 henchmen warriors, A melta gun plus Coteaz, gains you 140 points for cutting 2 troop squads from 10 to 5. Drop the Teleporter on one Knight and you have it.

I think it's a decent enough list. I would use a cheaper HQ, drop one NDK and add in an Interceptor squad with psycannons deamonhammer.
