Raven Guard, pre-heresy Emperors Children (a legion but hey), my own Golden Eagles, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, Space Wolves, and Black Templars.

Three things matter in marksmanship - location, location, location.

I forgot my other favourites would be Black Templars (space knights ^^) Death Guard (the pre-heresy) and Night Lords (great fluff and tactic-also their Primarch was cool as well.....The 40k Batman but with turning bad and no Robin -thank god- ;P)

I'm not insane I just lack sanity, there's a difference....................somewhere

gotta be the blood angels- especially with the new codex-fluff wise theyre awsome and they take assault squads as troops- and no one can argue with 8 death company with a chaplain

Space wolves all the way Aroooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Can't beat the viking under tones. Plus, the whole wulfen thing adds a nice touch to the character of the chapter. It's one thing to just go into battle and tear arse all over the field and let go, while a space wolf has to control himself least he turns into a "Werewolf" and kills everyone in the area.
