What's your favourite enemy?

Who do like to face off against the most? As an Ork player my favourite opponent is the Tau. Diametric opposites make for a great game.

Probaby my stepdad's IG. I have been fighting them for years now, and I may have gotten better, but so have they.

Check my Purgators progress log, and give me crap for not working on them enough!

Depends who I play as.

As Nids: I love to face orks. Two hordes and a massive Bloodbath is awesome. Also have respect for elite CC armies like SW and BA; low numbers but still challenging.

As Necron: Tau. A game of outmaneuvring the enemy is alway fun, because neither of us particularly want to get into CC.

As Eldar: Probably any Marine army. I can taken on any marine list with my eldar, they`re equipped for everything.

Nonsense is our Salvation

Like with Serpio5 it depends on the army I play.

With DE marines are pretty fun. They are the bog standard foe and they aren't particularly weak in any area of the game so you really have to exploit the various openings in their defenses and often shift position a bit. Unlike against guard and tau where the main battleplan usually boils down to "Blow their tanks to kingdom come, then move in and break their faces."

With my daemons it's always fun against nids and orks. There are few tanks (if any, like with nids) so it rarely turns into those tedious cat and mouse games my warp based spawns aren't that good at. And even though it often tend to work, the games aren't all that exciting. But the quality versus quantity games where you really have to pick your fights and make chess like trades are just golden.

I could say Daemonhunters or Tau, as within my gaming group i have never lost to either of them with my CSM or Daemons.

But for me its Nids, always a challenge with the infantry based armies that i tend to use

I like current Daemon Hunters as they match nicely with my all-Tzeentch CSM, making it a fluffy, balanced battle. They also look good on the table.

I know its a bad cliche but anyone
I keep playing different armys, i either lose or win (mostly lose) but either way everytime i learn something new about my army and how to next time go for the win.
I would hate to get stuck in the same boring pattern of playing the same army again and again.
