Default Sentinel multi-laser

Is it just me, or is the sentinel multi-laser unattachable? There's no peg to correspond to the socket on the sentinel, so what are you supposed to do? Fashion a peg from a bit of sprue?

"Eyes downrange, fingers on your triggers, and we all go home in one piece. Am I right, soldiers?"

Default ones have a peg, although they might be from the old kit.

SOME of the new ones have a miscast on the inside of the multilaser, where the peg is supposed to be. It has been mentioned here (and on other fora) before.

Either glue it in place or use magnets+greesntuff to make it removable.
Otherwise, see if GW will replace (as the part is definitely faulty).

Hey! Where'd ... Everybody ... go?

Call GW, put up a big sob story that you got a horribly warped and damaged sentinel and they will send you a new one.

And what shoulder, & what art. Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat, What dread hand? & what dread feet?
What the hammer? what the chain? In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp, Dare its deadly terrors clasp?
When the stars threw down their spears, And watered heaven with their tears,
Did he smile his work to see? Did he who made the Lamb make thee?

Don't make up some big story. If you make out the thing is horribly warped, chances are they're going to want you to send it to them so that they can see what's going on and check if the injection process is working ok. Just tell them that it's miscast and the piece doesn't fit. You might get a new bit, you might get a new kit. But be honest because if people start taking advantage of GW's excellent Customer Service, then all of us will suffer when they pull the plug on it.
