SGMalice, Why keeping on the helmet?

Everyone has a purpose, just so happens mine is more of an example to others of what NOT to do.

I know it's time to go to bed when the last post in every thread has been written by me.

Leman Russ MBT Gunner
Cadian

I see people saying they'd be tank commanders but if I was one then that tank wouldn't do much. I'd crumble under pressure. But I'd gladly fight under anyone's command.

Because trundling around a live battlefield,

Silly Imperial Guard have a bad habit of loosing the top of their head to any stray Titan that happens to be passing by.

cadian sniper in a special weapons squad.

out the way of harm, and fluff-wise, every hit would be a kill

Storm trooper. I would be happy as hell with that. Probably dead by the time I am 40, but I figure it would be a good run for 40k.

The Website kept telling me that my profile was only 80% complete without creating a signature. Ain't no website going to tell me I was a lazy shit, no sir.

Wouldn't it be safer to pust stay in the tank with the hatch closed? Instead of standing in the hatch with a helmet on.....

The reason a commander would risk exposing themselves in the first place is to gain a better view of the battle.

To much of a risk in my eyes, especially on Armeggedon. Tanks are usually made so that you don't need to pop the hatch and have a look, what with internal displays, advanced optics and such.

Then again, those Armeggedon Steel legion fellas (and girls i guess) are a little bit bonkers anyway IMO

It's something that the russians found out during the 2nd world war, alot of the tank commanders would pop the hatch open after successfully hitting a german tank to have a look and see if it was destroyed. I guess some learn't the hard way that it was a bad idea.

Sorry about that. I would be a sniper in a specialist squad, as I would probably put up as much of a fight in combat as a gretchin. My squad would be assigned to an Elysian Valkyrie squadron, where we can manouevre easily and still fire. Not sure whether this is allowed either. Also, do titans count as Guard things, or are they the Mechanicuses?

Sometimes i wonder 'Why is that frisbee getting bigger?', and then it hits me.
