redeemer vs crusader

I bought a redeemer / crusader 2day and not sure which to build for my army? what do you think is better was putting squad of termies in there with captain with relic blade and storm sheild

Crusader all the way.
Nothing beats full speed movement combined with plenty of dakka. And even more dakka when those termies have been unloaded. And it doesn't need to get too close to unleash a punishing amount firepower into whatever needs to die at the moment.
It's also considerably easier to outmaneuvre a redeemer.

But the best part is that with a crusader, you get to roll MOAR dice. AND MOAR IS BETTER!! DAKKADAKKADAKKA!!

Magnets is a great idea but the Crusader is a fantastic piece of wargear and if you're only using one LR in your army, I'd go a Crusader almost everyday of the week. If you've got 2 I'd still recommend 2 Crusaders but a redmeer and crusader is good as well. Here's a link looking at the raider variants.
