Always the redeemer IMO, you should always take a pintel mounted MM and extra armour, after all it is a transport.
I take a LRC and always give it the M-M... means you can move 6" and fire all weapons still.
I disagree about the extra-armour... just make sure you point the tank the direction you want to go and then even if you get stunned you can move forward/back with teh power of the machine spirit anyway.
Space wolves should always take a LRC- 15 blood claw units that get the charge are just wrong. You need the short ranged weaponry for support (should be moving too fast if more then 24" away so no LR).
Redeemer could work but you'd normally find your own troops in the way.
