Default Things a GM should know, or have easy access to? (Dark Heresy 2e)

Ok, so I've had false starts and such before, but have never actually been able to run a game of Dark Heresy (Or any 40k game for that matter). Lately though, I've been thinking about it again, and would like to give it another shoot. However, since it's been a while, I forgot some of the rules. I plan to go through the rulebook and learn what I can, but it's a big book. So, I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out what to focus on the most.

Now, obviously the correct answer is "learn everything". I agree, but I can be forgetful at times. Basically, I'm wondering what is absolutely the most important things to hammer into my brain to remember better, as I will inevitably forget some things. I know that I'll have to consult the book every now and then, but the sake of minimizing that I want to know the important stuff.

So, what sections/parts of the game do you guys think I should focus on learning the most?

On the opposite end, what are some commonly forgotten rules?
