Default Help to identify these parts!

Hi folks, can anyone identify any or all of these parts I have found in an old box I had stored away

I had or have a couple of those parts myself I think...I'm not sure what they were from.
some kind of cheap tank kits I think...but its a mystery

i have the center piece, a belt accessory bit.
i think these were from old elf models, maybe...?
might have been old eldar.
i have a few of them, actually, so they must have been common.
the other pieces are more unusual.

They're all ROBOGEAR parts by Technolog(Ru) and sold under licence by Airfix and Imex (USA).

Technolog also did plastic clip together terrain sets (some of which were released in the west through airfix, et al (several ranges that had a handful of sets within each range. The sets were not directly compatible outside of their own range).
