Default Errors in Packaging!

Has anyone ever gotten severe, or rather comical errors in packaging? I recently picked up a 5 man squad of Grey Knights to ally with my marines, just to discover a missing pole-arm and one of their heads completely melted (yes.. like a slaggy pile on his shoulders). I took it back to the local GW, where they simply gave me another box and let me keep the old one. I cracked it open, and BAM!

MORE PROBLEMS! It had three normal grey knights, an incinerator grey knight (all good so far), but no Justicar... But it did have his arm. What was it's fifth miniature? A Sister of Battle. The Manager was like... "What. The. Hell." but we called it good. I ultimately got all the parts for a five man squad, plus four... and a bolter bitch.

Just thought this was endlessly funny. Any other weird stories like this? My local manager said he has seen some weird stuff, like a guy buying an ogre battalion for Fantasy and getting a heap load of Imperial Guard out of it. Crazy.

I never had anything like that happen to me. That seems just crazy!!

when I bought my crusader half the bolters were melted and the lascannons from the original sprue didn't have the nibs and holes to put them together.... It was dericulous...

If you shit in one hand and wish in the other we all know which one will fill up faster.

And as I walk in the valley of the shadow of death I will have no fear For I am the scariest mother f*cker in that goddamned valley!

Damn nature, You Scary!!!

I got a plastic baneblade for my birthday, had a mis-formed cannon so I phoned GWHQUK, they said "sorry we don't do the baneblade sprues seperately yet, have a complete replacement baneblade". Wahey! It arrived next day (in southern spain), and within a week a buddy bought one to convert into a skullhamma, so gave the cannon to me!! Wahey again, 2 fully functional baneblades.... Now all I need is them titan-hunters

Did you know you can order some things from FW and if you want another one, just ring them up and say "My ____ is misformed, can I have a replacement?" and they usually give you one, my friend had it happen to them :S, or just say it wasnt in the box.

I started chaos with two battleforces...but neither had backpacks for khorne berzerkers. Apparently there supposed to be packaged separately because my friend bought a battleforce and got a bunch of loose backpacks that were the lighter grey plastic and were not on a sprue for his berzerkers. But the berzerker box comes with the older chaos backpacks in sprues of 3...

I saw a box of Chaos Termies where the termies had melted (kinda) so they were kinda think and fat.
Only the bodies were buggered, so my mate gave me the bits that were fine, except the bits he needed to make a squad of Nurgle Terminators.

On the subject of Rat Ogres:
But if we give them laser eyes and mounted guns, we'll have to bring in Clan Skryre, and everyone knows how much those limp-tailed snuff addicts overcharge.
