Default Gyped on Tyranids?

My buddy just picked up the Tyranid Assault Brood and after cutting out all the body pieces he found that they did not provide him with 4 of the 8 sprue which have the devourer on them.

Anyone else pick up a Brood and have the same problem?

My buddy called in to our local GW and he's going to go in sometime this week and they're going to try and fix it for him, but still 4 sprue short?

No I don't play Tyranids but that is a real jip man, he could actually sue them for that reason even though it would just cause a lot of Chaos and nothing would actually happen except he would get the parts he didn't have. Chaos for all!

GW is usually pretty good about this sort of thing, almost notorious from my collective experience. Which is good, because when you charge through the nose for a luxury item, the customer really does come first!

When I used to play tyranids way back when, I found that a lot of times things would be missing. Usually only a part or two so I wasn't all that worried as I mostly just played my bro at the time and the WYSIWYG wasn't too big of a deal cause the points are really what's representative of the model's worth, not what's actually on the model.

"There is a cancer eating at the Imperium. With each decade it advances deeper, leaving drained, dead worlds in its wake. This horror, this abomination, has though and purpose which functions on an unimaginable, galactic scale and all we can do is try to stop the swarms of bio-engineered monsters it unleashes upon us by instinct. We have given the horror a name to salve our fears; we call it the Tyranid race, but if it is aware of us at all, it must know us only as Prey."

Oh i know, I'd be mad at that too, just saying that with my experience, out of the 4 different armies I've played, tyranids were the only ones that seemed to have this problem (at least for me).

Every Monster Creature comes with 1 weapons sprue. So if you wanted to put 2 sets of Devourers on an MC then you would have to trade bits ect.
