Default Legion Crusade Army List

Well after a bit of work abroad, I've begun to settle into life in the UK again; and I've been missing my warhammer fix after selling it all pending a move abroad. So I bought a few things to get myself reading again, and picked up Horus Heresy book 1, and book 2, as well the core game rules to help me with the rules. I don't intend to start up again, but I want to try and have a bit of a Tactica going on with regards to this most immense of Army lists.

Personally, my belief has been that Codex Space Marines should just be an add-on to this core ruleset like how I imagine the Codex: Iyanden/Black Legion etc things are, and state *XYZ units are rare and 0-1, ABC are dead and cannot be taken, and 123 are too powerful for the main game, do not use either. In addition, 098 are some new units etc to use instead*

So, how big is this list then? Well, we have 18 Legions to cover, with 8 of them covered in two books. Assuming a standard speed of writing, that's a further 3 more books to write, with each Legion getting a unique Rite of War, 2 Special Characters, 2-3 units, and a Primarch, adding a further 6 options. In addition to that, there are experimental rules out for the Fire Raptor, and a new model released recently on Pre-Order, based off the Sicaran Battle Tank's hull. With 2 books already, we have these options;

I'll post a full thread in the Tactica section, but I felt like sharing what I was planning to do with you guys. If any of you have any advice (or eventually corrections), feel free to post them!.

That's actually a hell of a lot already when you see it laid out like that

I think its going to take them a lot of years to get all the books out but even so that still a lot of work to do.

Your toast has been burnt and no amount of scraping will get rid of the black bits.
