Melta's in SM boxes

Hi all

I need 5-6 marines and wondering is Combat Squad box has melta guns in it?
Or any special weapons?

I would say it would, but wouldn't it be better to get a full 10 man tactical box set just to be sure and be done with it.

Ultramarines are Pussies

Except Dark Angels, any chapter that sounds like a Death Metal Band can't be that bad.

As far as im aware combat squads have no special weapons, only the basic weapons, bolters, bolt pistols and chainswords, its the same for the CSM counterpart.

The cheapest meltas i've found are the ones from GW direct. It's like 5 for £5.10 so you could get your marines and the meltas for each of them.

Or you could look at the Black Templar conversion kit which comes with 2. How many do you need exactly? because most bits sites sell them for £1.50 no really making them worth it.

No meltas or chainswords or bolt pistols in a combat squad

The Dark Angels box (at the bargain price of £15.50) now comes with a special weapons upgrade including a meltagun and a missile launcher. I couldn't believe my luck!

Dark angels and Black Templar upgrade boxes come with them. The command squad and tactical squad boxes are the only others that come with meltaguns, and only 1.

So, in order to make those really cool 5-man melta assault squads for Blood Angels, you really have to order them direct as bits. You get the metal ones, that look slightly different, but work.
