Default Rhino or razorback kit?

I want the option to use either, and they look very similar. Is it possible to just magnetise, and swap and change the loadouts?
If so, which kit should I buy and what extra bits would be needed for the purpose.
Worst case scenario, some kit bashed TL heavy weapons plonked on the rhino, right?
To be honest, I dont foresee a great use for razorbacks in my army, so Unless its a simple option, then it will be vanilla rhinos for me.

razorback kit has all parts for a rhino, and the only extras is basicly the roof with gun. wich you can switch around if put together propperly.

Yeh definitely buy the Razorback kit. For the same price you get the hull mounted Heavy Bolter or Lascannon option which even if you don't use will be handy to have in your bits box right?

If you have land raiders that you don't use in the same list, the hull mounted TL HB or Asslt Cannons fit perfectly on the rhino's 2" turret mount.

The Razorback is the one to buy. It's got a full complete rhino kit plus the turret pieces needed for a Heavy Bolter Razor. For Two Dollars US. I have all my Razor/Rhinos magnetized so that they either have the turret piece or the hatches on them.

get the razorback, you dont even need to magnetize the thing, just leave the rhino hatch/razorback hatch + gun (assemble but dont glue to the hatch) unglued and its fine.

I magnetize the hatch assembly cause I like it to not fall off in transport. Usually tension due to painting/priming will do it too.

Razorback every time just don't glue the hatch on and you have a variety of options then.

This is really good to know. Thanks guys.

I've never seen impossible as a reason not to try.
