Ork Fighta

Another attempt at an Ork Fighta, this time based on a Russian Polikarpov I-16 from the early 1940's. Basic kit is the Academy 1/48 scale version: there are others. Rokkits came from an old Russian Katyusha model, but are Orky enough. Guns and various other odds and ends from the bits box. Total cost about 10.

Metal patches are self-adhesive lead foil: very useful. I get mine from an eBay seller called "the_continental_op".

Nuts and bolts are mostly plastic Grandt Line parts from the US. I get mine from SB Models in the UK Lake District. He has an on-line store and is very reliable.
