Most people seem to be taking Scatter Lasers on their bikes over S.Cannons but I'm not sure that is a good idea.

Personally, I like the second list better. Looks more fun. I really like the sniper Autarch.

Do you mean Illic? That is the 3rd list. I'm the biggest fan of the 2nd list I guess, because I like the falcons... Don't forget, you can deep-strike the 3 falcons without scatter, then disembark and move 6" with your fire dragons, then automatically run 6" because of the formation, then fire all of your fire dragons at BS 5! That is a very dead area of a Imp Guard Mech Army.

The problem with this list, however, is that killing tanks is almost all the list is very good at. Maybe swap out one or two of the fire dragons for Dark Reapers or Swooping Hawks? You can pick and choose the 3 units between the aspects.

You can have two Warlock Conclaves if you have the Seer Council and the Windrider Host.

At the end of the game the king and the pawn go into the same box .

Yeah, sorry. I like the third. Has the best All Comers feel in my mind.

The second list seems pretty strong, but at the same time, Orks, Nid and foot Guard will just laugh.
