First off you should take the Banshee Mask off the Autarch and give him Mandiblasters instead. With the Farseer you should just give him two powers and keep him for one specific job. With your extra points you should make you Dire Avenger squads bigger and see if you can fit in a third for capturing objectives. . .

I agree with solitare. If you're not careful, a Farseer will become a huge point sink and never pay for itself before being killed, as they are not too durable. Keep Mind War, and then choose either Fortune or Doom.

In 5th edition, if in doubt, choose troops. You can get Dire Avengers, or a guardian squad with a warlock, to get some more phsycers (sp) in there.

Since your troop squads are so small, I'd definitely use your remaining points to get more troops. Either by bulking out the ones you have (I realize you like what you have, but it never hurts to have a bit more backup in the squad) or getting more squads.

Always remember that regardless of who you are, its not that hard to whittle down a five man squad to zero, and it becomes easier when your toughness is low and your save not the best available.

Damnation is paved on good intentions; subtle and sugar coated or blunt and honest

Popularity is what people strive for when they lack the strength to be themselves.

Seriously, is it really that hard to write reviews without spoilers?

I would recommend adding a 5-man Dark Reaper squad. You don't have a lot of anti-heavily-armored troops, ala marines.
That'll put you at 1474. Then add 1 Dire Avenger to each squad(2 total). You should be at 1498 now.

And on an advice note, while your army will look pretty and varied, it lacks strength in certain departments, mainly loss-taking. I would drop the warp spiders and/or hawks to max out your dire avengers first, then add members to your fire dragons. Playing eldar for years, you are going to lose entire 5-man squads in 1 round of shooting. But if you don't change it, stick to cover like f'ing glue at all times, and use the falcon to drop your dragons into anti-armor attacks.

Your farseer cost 198pts. For only 12pts more you can get Eldrad. The extra stuff he has will be well worth the small points increase. So I'd suggest either toning down the farseer or upgrading him to Eldrad.
